- Drink a minimum of 100 oz of water daily.
- Exercise at least 3 times during the 7 days for a min of an hour each time
- No soda
- Proper Portions when eating.
- No eating after dinner.
Today I went to the Y and I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and then used the weights for another 40 minutes. I plan to go again tomorrow and then again Thursday so that will meet the requirement of exercise. I've already had 50.7 oz of water and its 12:40 so I'm doing good on that too. I still haven't measured yet but I'll do that tomorrow. I really hope to lose 5 lbs this week. I think I can do it since I lost 3 last week without trying!
