I want to keep track of what I eat each day so here is a recap from yesterday.
- Breakfast - Nutragrain bar and banana
- Lunch - Salad with turkey, ham, cheese, apple, cukes and carrots
- Dinner - Low fat/cal chicken pot pie
- Snacks - 1 cup of soy mocha and 1 bag of 100 cal popcorn
Today I've had this so far. I'll update it later.
Breakfast - 1 bowl of oatmeal
