I've been more hungry the past few days. I'm not sure why. We've been showing the house alot more so maybe that has something to do with it.. stress or something. I do eat when I'm hungry though because I don't think you should feel hungry. It's the choices you make in eating that are a downfall.
So anyway, Today I've had the following:
- Breakfast: two slices whole wheat toast w/pb
- Lunch: turkey, cheese and pickle sandwich and a handful of red grapes
- Chili w/sour cream
Snacks: Popcorn, toasted ham and cheese, fudgesicle, 6 candy cane hershey kisses, corn chips with cheese.
Snack: popcorn
