Front, Side and Back & Challenge info!




To start my V day challange here are pre pictures. I'll take some post ones after. These are the best I could do! LOL Here are my goals to meet by valentines day!
Okay my goals are:
*lose 10 lbs*add new cardio exercise
*exercise a min of 3 days a week, aim for 4.
*limit soda to one a day. (I haven't had one in a week!! I need one!!)
*Keep water intake good
*No fast food (currently not a problem!)
